Initial election results

After the first day of counting, I have a little over 42% of the vote.  While this is not a victory, it shows that a short campaign with hardly any money can reveal real holes in support for Natasha Johnson.  It should be clear that in two years, she can be defeated.  Further, it shows that despite the fears of some, the “Peace and Freedom” party label by my name did not repel voters.

The counting will continue for a month, and for the first few days I will post further updates.  After all the results are in, it will be possible to analyze voting patterns.  I have probably won some precincts.

It is already clear that I have set a record, getting a higher percentage of the vote than any other Peace and Freedom candidate for partisan office ever.

Thanks to everyone who helped!
