The 63rd Assembly District includes the cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, and Norco, portions of Corona, the southern half of Eastvale, and Riverside, and some unincorporated territory adjoining these cities, including University City, Lake Matthews, the Gavilan Hills, Meadowlark, and the Temescal Valley. The portions of Corona in the district include southern and western portions generally to the southwest of the 15 Freeway, and the foothill tracts to the south and west of the center of the city. In Eastvale, roughly the southern third of the city is in the district. In Riverside, the district includes Woodcrest, the Victoria East area between Washington Street and Arlington Avenue, Canyon Crest, the University neighborhood and the UCR campus itself, and the Sycamore Canyon/Castle View area.
The 63rd District contains 319,297 registered voters.
